Magnetic Earphones - Series Or Parallel?

I am thinking of building a set of earphones for my regen radio, as an
alternative to my extremely uncomfortable antique magnetic earphones.
I found some cheap earphones at Antique Electronic Supply (P-A102)
that I will use, what is the best way to connect them, series or
parallel? I got this idea from the first project on
http://www.schmarder.com/radios/index.htmexcept he's using piezo
earpieces instead of magnetic.

Series/parallel in respect to what? If you want to attach both earphones
together you may have problems - in series the impedance will be
effectively doubled, halving the power each gets (if they are both of the
same impedance); in parallel the impedance will be halved potentially
causing damage to the output of your radio.

If I were you, I would build or buy two headphone amplifiers to buffer
each set.
