Temperture Independent Version of LM334?

Is there a temperature independent current source or reference that can be put into the same surface mount footprint as the LM334 temperature sensor? The LM317 came close but not close enough to work in the same footprint. -- If you desire to respond directly remove the "sj." from the domain name part of my email address. It is a spam jammer.
